2012 is here, and I’ve started on yet another “365 project,” wherein I take a picture a day. Back on December 1, I completed two years of the Picture of the Day project, and it’s been a lot of fun. Have a look at the 2011 pictures if you’d like:
If you want the captions and explanations for each picture, you make the slideshow full-screen and then click on “show info.” If you’ve got a quick eye, you’ll see that the first picture is one from February, since the actual first picture is of me and my Decembeard, which is a gross way to start off a slideshow. You may also notice that there are more than 365 pictures in this set; that’s because I included December of 2010. For some reason, I started right in on the project on December 1, 2009, so I was always a month early with the milestones. If you’re really bored, you can also check out the 2010 pictures here. Maybe there’s some evidence of progress and growth in my photography, but I’m not sure. In any case, it has been a great way to motivate and push me to think of new ways to take pictures, and I do feel like I’ve enjoyed the hobby more and more through this project.
Thanks for reading and looking!
