Another Mexico City Pic

Since Angela and I are going to Mexico next month, I decided to put up another picture from my trip there with Paul a few years ago. This particular picture is of a statue of the Virgin of Guadalupe–I think–in a parking garage in Mexico City.

  1. I remember that! It was probably the strangest place for a shrine I’ve ever seen. But hey, if you can’t praise the name of the Virgin of Guadalupe while you’re waiting for a taxi or for a valet to get your car, then, really… when can you?

  2. Totally. And now that I’m here in Coast Tasty, I notice the shrines all over the place. My favorite is the Sagrado Corazon de Jesus that the old owner left in our garage.
